Hubble, Bubble, Trouble and Foil?

Another element of the Space Shuttle Program I've always admired is NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. Launched in April 24th, 1990 by Discovery (STS-31). It has been providing scientists and the public a vast amount of data and some very extraordinary views of our solar system, galaxy and the observable universe.

The reason I miss-phrased the title is because I'm at a loss on how to best make the foil surface, without creating a shed load of polygons. I think, for now, the best strategy is to get the solar arrays created (both versions) and take it from there.
